• Rostrum and mobile stage;
• A complete set of audio equipment and wired or wireless microphone
• Paper, pens, mint candies, ice water and tea supplied during the conference;
• Reception desks outside the conference rooms, with business cards and silver plate on them;
• The Hotel provides lobby\corridor\meeting sign boards, please inform the hotel of details beforehand.

Starting from 288 Yuan/person/day, applicable to more than 20 persons

• Special conference paper and pencils
• Whiteboard, flip chart and markers
• Projector and screen

The above prices do not include the service fee for an additional 15 percent.

Notices on conference reservation

• The conference should include at least 18 present guests. Arrangement is adjustable considering the size of conference halls in the hotel.
• Each quoted price indicates the price /person/day, or price/person/half-day.
